'Alice' is a book art piece inspired by the Disney movie “Alice in Wonderland”. The top page icon of the keyhole is embossed aluminum foil. I embossed a keyhole with various symbols pertaining to the book. Some of the symbols include the white rabbit’s pocket watch, the mad hatters hat, playing cards, and roses. Using playing cards as the pages, the characters are carefully cut out and then placed in the order they appear in the movie. The characters’ iconic lines are written below them.
