I converted a picture of my vector design into a chart to know where to place the beads. I preloaded the beads onto the thread then used a simple knit stitch to complete the piece. The beads add a tactile element to the artwork, creating a sense of depth and dimension. The woven fabric provides a smooth background that contrasts with the raised surface of the beadwork.
